Almost 14.4 million kids are obese in India mainly due to the lifestyle related diseases. On an average kids are spending more than 3 hours everyday on couch with TV or Gadgets. Children should perform 60 minutes of exercise every day as recommended by UNESCO. Exercise and multisport exposure helps children in developing strong bones, healthy mind, analytical power and team sprit which they will need in later life.   Exercise is fun and best option to stay fit In addition to building stronger bones, regular physical activity  strengthens the heart and lungs. It lowers blood pressure, improves muscle strength and flexibility, reduces stress and depression, helps control weight, and improves sleep.  So what are you thinking?  Incorporating kid's fitness into his daily routine is ver
